Remote Support

Terrafirma IT Limited pride ourselves on the excellent support that we provide our clients. During our recent Microsoft CASTsurvey we were ranked in the top 90% for satisfaction and reliability by our clients.

As part of our support options, we provide the opportunity for our clients to contact us remotely by running a small executable program, which enables our engineers to connect to our clients computer and work on their computer to enable them to rectify any issues.

Once the connection has been terminated, the program un-installs itself. The only way we can connect to your system, is by you, the client; activating the support program.

If during discussions with our engineers you have been asked to activate the remote link, just click on the engineers name below, select run the program, and this will activate the connection directly to our engineer.
